Signage
Run the TVs around your building from Rock. Build playlists, schedule them with ordinary Rock schedules, and point each TV at its own Player URL. You can see what every screen is playing, and screens keep playing when the network goes down.

Add a TV in one step
One dialog makes the display, its group and playlist, uploads the slides and schedules when they play, then gives you the TV's permanent Player URL. It keeps working on kiosks that clear their storage.

Playlists of slides
Images and videos, uploaded many at once or linked; Lava slides, rendered fresh each time; and web pages. Drag slides into order, switch them on and off, limit any slide to certain campuses, and show pictures whole or filling the screen.

Optional slide templates
Website Ads shows your current External Website Ads by their image and dates, and Upcoming Events lists your Public calendar. Nothing is added on install: pick one when you add a Lava slide, then change it as you like.

Core Rock schedules
Each display group has a default playlist and a numbered list of schedules. Use schedules you already have, or set one up right in the dialog, even with a new playlist.

One-off events
Play a playlist only at set times. It shows instead of the usual content while the event runs, then stops by itself.

Alerts
Put a full-screen emergency, warning or information message on every screen, some campuses or some display groups, ahead of every schedule, until it ends or you clear it.

See what plays where
A dashboard of every screen: online or offline, what it's showing, its next change and whether it's ready to play offline. Each display group's page lists its own screens the same way.

Timeline and preview
A This Week timeline for each display group, with each playlist's start and end times, and a Preview page that shows what plays at any date and time, and why.

Keeps playing offline
Each TV stores a week of schedule, its slides and the player page. If the network or Rock goes down, it keeps playing and still switches on time.

Instant updates
Changes reach the screens within seconds through Rock RealTime. Identify a screen or reload it from the dashboard or its group's page.

What gets installed
- Admin Tools › Installed Plugins › Signage, with the Dashboard, Playlists, Display Groups and Preview pages.
- A hidden Player page for the TVs, viewable by everyone, so TVs don't need to log in.
- A Signage Media file type and a Signage schedule category.
Only plugin files are added, and core Rock is never modified. The package includes a complete uninstall script.

Get Signage
Signage is available in the Rock Shop. To install it, open Admin Tools › Rock Shop in your Rock site and search for Signage.
